We’re the family behind Rylee & Co., a woman-owned, family-run brand that started at our kitchen table and grew into a community of stylish, snap-on dog bandanas. Inspired by our doodles, Rylee and Millie, and fueled by lots of love (and a little chaos with our twin boys), we’re proud to create accessories that look good, last long and make everyday moments with your pup extra special.

Our Story

Rylee & Co. was born in October 2020 out of one simple frustration: dog bandanas just weren’t cutting it. Everything I found online felt like a quick trip through the fabric aisle at Joann’s- thin, poorly sized, and not built for real life (or real fluff). Even my 40-pound mini Golden doodle, Rylee, was somehow wearing a size XL, which made zero sense.

I wanted something better. Something stylish yet functional. High-quality but still easy to clean. A bandana that wouldn’t fray, fall apart or slip off mid-walk. So, I designed a new kind of accessory - luxury snap-on dog bandanas that are durable, comfortable, and perfectly sized for every pup. With a few snaps, the official Rylee & Co. brand was born.

What started at my kitchen table with a sewing machine quickly grew. From our first apartment to our second home’s basement workshop, and now with our very own U.S. manufacturer, Rylee & Co. has scaled without ever losing sight of quality. Every bandana is still made the way we did it from day one - crafted with care, tested on our doodles, and designed to keep up with both muddy adventures and cozy snuggles.

Who We Are

I’m Emma - founder, creative heart, and dog mom behind Rylee & Co. With a degree in Visual Communications from Purdue and a career in marketing and content strategy, I’ve always been driven by equal parts creativity and entrepreneurship. Alongside my husband and our two pups, Rylee and Millie, I built this brand stitch by stitch - quite literally. Today, I’m also a proud twin mom, juggling motherhood, marriage, and a growing business fueled by coffee, grit, and plenty of dog fur.

Rylee Gene

Rylee was meant to be my emotional support pup, but she quickly proved to be just as anxious (if not more!) than me. She’s a sweet, snuggly girl who insists on sleeping on our pillow every night (like the true queen of the house) and she's happiest when she’s close (and by close, we mean physically touching her mom at all times). When she’s not curled up in a cuddle, you’ll find her chasing after a ball or proudly carrying around one of her oversized fluffy toys.

Mille Lou

Millie is our lovable goofball, rescued from a puppy mill and full of quirks that keep us laughing every day.. She loves chasing “imaginary fluffs” in the air and playing catch—though she never actually lets go of the ball. Her favorite pastime is chewing on bones, and she always greets new friends with a toy in her mouth (her clever way of keeping her excitement under control). A true snuggle bug, Millie is the last one up every morning, and more often than not, we’re carrying her to bed when she’s too cozy to move.
